They have four children: Michaela, Tyler, Jordon and Kinnick. He currently resides in Newton with his wife Monica. His family moved to Newton in 1974 and Scott graduated from Newton High School. Scott was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minn.

He also has volunteered with youth sports through the local YMCA. He also is a Youth Sports Foundation Coach and Town Coordinator. He is currently the president for the local Babe Ruth Baseball organization and is in his second year of coaching for Babe Ruth. Scott has served as Little League President and Little League Coach for six years. In addition to his work with Clearview, Scott enjoys being an active member of the community.

Scott was named Executive Director of Clearview Recovery in 2014. He has served in several capacities in his time at the non-profit including Service Coordinator, Day Technician and Substance Abuse Counselor. Scott Pritchard began his career at Clearview Recovery as a Day Technician in 2005.
